Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty is on the move!
August 12th, 2008 categories: About Realtors, Columbus, Local Communities
In late 2007, Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty(KWCP) purchased the 24,000 square foot building which has served as Equity’s headquarters located at 100 E. Wilson Bridge Rd. in Worthington, Ohio. In a move which will position KWCP for continued growth and a more visible market presence the acquisition was the next logical step in the Company’s progression.
Opening in August of 2002, KWCP has experienced rapid growth and success and was ranked 3rd out of the top 25 Real Estate Brokerages in Central Ohio by Business First based on 2007 production. Additionally, they were the largest independently owned and operated brokerage in Central Ohio completing over 1,500 transactions totaling more than $320 Million in sales out of a single office location in 2007.

100 E. Wilson Bridge Rd. – Soon to be home for Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty
Keller Williams Realty has seen fantastic growth across the country due largely to their “agent-centric” philosophy and deep commitment to training and education.
Keller Williams Capital Partners currently has more than 150 agents. Plans are in place for renovations and a committee has been formed to oversee the transition to 100 E. Wilson Bridge Rd. in late 2008/early 2009.
